I have had a very good experience in the past, but today was terrible. I took my vehicle in for 95000 miles service and was told it would be an hour and a half wait. I waited 6 1/2 hours. The advisor never was terrible. I took my vehicle in for 95000 miles service and was told it would be an hour and a half wait. I waited 6 1/2 hours.
