I have to apologize for the delay of this review! On April 4, i woke up to Schedule a appointment for a oil change, thinking i would at least have to get in the next day however one was available! When I arrived 7 minutes late I was checked in within 5 minutes. Mr Michael Wolverton gave the spill about the coffee, doughnuts and how the service would go! And just like he said it did! I expected recommendation for certain services from my last visit and the same ones came up again via text (as he told me) "the sooner you respond, the sooner we can get started with your services " no sooner than I completed the report he was there to make me aware that it would be time consuming and offered me to go home for my much needed rest seeing that I mentioned that i work Till midnight! I was so impressed with my service, as we walked toward the curb for my Uber he wanted be sure that I didn't leave my "Switch"(not mine) he then schooled me about maybe getting into a switch but I digress! I ubered home, thought about one service that I should have had done, called him and he was able to get it in as well!!! I received a text to let me know that my car was ready for pickup, I responded and within 10 minutes I was headed back to the dealership, got there to find Michael having lunch without missing a beat he says come share my lunch it wasn't chicken so I passed lol lol but he tried to insist that i at least have some fries sincerely! What a guy! I felt like a good friend or family member!! And as we were heading to the cashier he asked if it would be ok wash my car and within 5 minutes I was on my merry way! Feeling the care and concern of Michael and the favor of God, cause He loves me like that! Oh I left out i was singing Michael 's praises to my sister b4 i got back to my car! Absolutely incredible, impressive and impeccable service! I could not have had better a experience! Thanks so much guys!! More
