6-13-24 purchased first Toyota. Rating 2 1/2 stars. Wife wrecked car & need to replace plus my sinus infection was not ideal for buying car and ended up paying too much. That is on Rating 2 1/2 stars. Wife wrecked car & need to replace plus my sinus infection was not ideal for buying car and ended up paying too much. That is on me, but Rudy told me after agreement that 1-2 months before receive 2nd keyfob. Well I should have known this before purchase, for obvious reasons. Notarized paperwork shows 15 miles and other shows 19 miles while actually had 55 miles. Also, the guaranteed full tank is hogwash, I immediately put in 15.9 gallons! Contacted Toyota about keyfob and informed me may get by October, but don't count on it. What !!! I certainly would not have purchased if had known. MISLEADING AT BEST. Finally Toyota says dealer should have keyfob. That was yesterday(11-12- 24). Had to call dealer today and they say oh yeah, come in this afternoon to get it programmed. We will see. I think Rudy is probably a good guy, just not totally upfront about keyfob issue. The F&I person impressed me as your typical snake oil salesman, nothing more nothing less. Only time will tell if this was a good decision to visit this dealer. If you want to converse please call me. More
Staff was very professional. They were able to dx the problem and give very reasonable cost to fix the problem. They stay in touch with me during every step. They were able to dx the problem and give very reasonable cost to fix the problem. They stay in touch with me during every step. More
Took vehicle in for 4 wheel alignment, oil change and tire rotation. Next day took to Firestone for new tires and they advised we needed a 4 wheel alignment in which I advised we had one yesterday at B tire rotation. Next day took to Firestone for new tires and they advised we needed a 4 wheel alignment in which I advised we had one yesterday at Bob Howard Toyota. They gave me the Alignment print out so I could return to Bob Howard to have the service done. Bob Howard charged for the alignment the day before but apparently failed to perform the service and did not give me an Alignment print out. They put it back in the shop and performed the service which was paid for the day before, We would not have known the Alignment was not done had we not taken our vehicle the next day to get new tires. We just assume when you take your vehicle in for service that it is performed. No wonder people are so skeptical nowadays. More
