Very Disappointed I've been coming to this dealership to get my car serviced for years and I was very disappointed. I made an appointment for 1:15 and I was there 15 I've been coming to this dealership to get my car serviced for years and I was very disappointed. I made an appointment for 1:15 and I was there 15 minutes early, I had to wait two hours and there were other people who came after me that left before me. When I asked about my vehicle it was ready and had been ready for about 10-15 minutes and I was not notified. Once I finally received my vehicle back, I understand you guys have to let the window down, but the window was not put back up and I had already left thinking my window would come back up. I had to come back to the dealership for them to bring my window up which is not all the way up. It is freezing outside and my window is cracked so now I have to make another appointment for you guys to fix my window because it is cracked!!! More

Bob Howard GMC I really appreciate the folks at Bob Howard GMC. My truck is a couple years old but when I got a check engine light I went straight to the service de I really appreciate the folks at Bob Howard GMC. My truck is a couple years old but when I got a check engine light I went straight to the service dept to get quick read and reset. My service advisor David Hoffman really took care of me. He took my truck in right away and within a few minutes let me know I had a serious problem and offered a new GMC loaner. Turned out I had a computer issue which they replaced for free under warranty. I’m sure glad I took my truck to the experts and didn’t mess around and end up with permanent damage. Thank you Bob Howard GMC!!! More
