Outside the dealership . We bought 2017 Murano didn't have leather seats at the time,paid more for leather have taken it back three times to have things fixed correctly. A . Dishonest on interest rates and price Went in to buy a nissan altima. Credit scores are in the 800's. Told them the best my bank did on auto rates was 4.5% so wanted to look into Nissan Went in to buy a nissan altima. Credit scores are in the 800's. Told them the best my bank did on auto rates was 4.5% so wanted to look into Nissan 0% rate. Came back and told me I qualified for 4.25% so they could do better than my bank. I said I think I would qualify for 0% or near 0%. Told me that was the best they could do. I decided to leave and as I walk out they tell me get me 0% now. Also offered considerably over what was advertised for the car on the internet and told me that the internet prices were different than the actual prices. Although they offered me what I wanted as i left I decided they were too dishonest to give any money. i will say I have used their service department before and they do a good job. More
