Robert was the first person I encountered at the dealership. He was so friendly and helpful! I had an issue with my acct, and for some reason my ex-husbands name/number was still on my profile. Every time I come they say they will fix it, but they don’t. Robert took the extra few minutes to make a brand new profile so it is finally fixed!! He is approachable, kind, very good representative of your company. He also explained the items that needed to be fixed, and answered all my questions. Awesome employee!! More

Brakes squealing so went into check during regular service appointment. They caught several serious issues just in time before it became a danger. While the cost was more than hoped, it was way cheaper than the long term consequences (and hazard).
