I do my own research and am very deliberate about buying a car. I take my time. Will was fine with that and never applied any pressure and that made me want to buy from him. Unfortunately, I appeared to have frustrated Tom, the new car sales manager. I got an offer that was a little better than a very good counteroffer that Tom had extended to me. I gave them an opportunity to match it (with actually a car having a little more equipment AND a little more money) but Tom passed. They didn't have to beat it. I wanted to buy the car here because of Will. I'd buy from Will at any dealer. Let Will help you. Good luck with Tom. Sure he's a fine enough fellow just seemed as though we couldn't get on the same sheet. This is the only reason that you see some average ratings from me instead of good or excellent. More
