We purchased a car a bit over a month ago and within a week, there were issues with a squeak when it drove and the low tire pressure light always staying on. We took it to the shop and got a new tire (the week, there were issues with a squeak when it drove and the low tire pressure light always staying on. We took it to the shop and got a new tire (there was a nail in one tire). This did not fix the issue. My wife tried calling them multiple times and could never get anyone on the line. She finally took it to Bob Howard Toyota(who were great) and they got it in to take a look. According to them, there were multiple issues that should have been caught and fixed before it was even on the lot to be sold. When Cliff(the sales manager) called my wife(because Toyota had to get validation that Nissan would pay for the repairs), he started the call by saying "Well, you bought a used car with over 100k miles on it....". Actually, we bought a 2022 used car with 18k miles on it. He then tried to blame it on normal wear and tear. A bit ridiculous seeing as we have barely had the car for a month. In addition to this, the car is still under the manufacturer's warrantee. Cliff then yells at my wife for about 10 minutes about how it isn't their fault and how dare she call up to Nissan trying to make trouble( she hadn't. She tried to call but couldn't get anyone on the line. The sales rep that sold the car reached out to her and then had Cliff call her). So, finally the car gets worked on(issue remains by the way). And my wife goes to Nissan to ask for a general manager contact to reach out to in regards to how she was treated by Cliff. She is taken back to an office by herself, and low and behold, it is Cliff that is taking her. She calmly asked for the general manager's info, which he asked why she needed. After explaining that it was in regards to how he had treated her in the whole ordeal, Cliff refused to give it to her. He then took to walking around the showroom and yelling about how he didn't do anything wrong. Upon being asked again for the general manager's contact info, he again refused and began berating my wife as too her not having any reason to talk to him because the car got fixed and they paid for it(again, under warrantee, and should have been caught before a sale). My wife then called me and asked Cliff to talk to me. I asked him what was going on and why this is the second time that my wife has called me in tears due to how he is treating her. He then yelled at me, handed the phone to her and walked away stating "I'm not dealing with this!". He then, came back, gave her the email address and left. She promptly left, but is now headed back to the shop, as only one of the issues was taken care of. Moral of the story, they don't inspect used cars the way they are supposed to, and the sales manager has no care about the customer at all. Zero Customer service. More

I found a car on my chase bank account website that was offered by Bob Howard at the price of 17,880. I went thru financing online and was approved for the financing. 5 min after approval received a call offered by Bob Howard at the price of 17,880. I went thru financing online and was approved for the financing. 5 min after approval received a call from a sales manger asking me to come down and look at the car. When i got there I was told corporate had changed the price to $24,500. and would not honor the price i was shown online I even had a screen shot of the car and price. I filled out another application at the dealership. and while i was filling it out it showed the price at $18,500 for that same car. again was told corporate has changed the price and just hadn’t changed it. needless to say I wasn’t going to pay more after they switch the price higher. they said they had a different car and could get me into that car for the amount that I was looking for. I bought a 2017 morano and after I processed the loan . in the closing they offered me a extended warranty. which I took. the finance person talked about a dent protection and a lost key program. In the process of going through the ext. warranty info. I was never told the two programs were additional costs. when we went through all the paperwork quickly he would highlite the account numbers for the two warranty’ and the number to call to to make a claim. never explaining that there was additional fees that they had added to the loan. I was thinking they were apart of the extended warranty Fee. needless to say they tricked me into adding about $1800 dollars to the loan. which I would never approved if told about or shown. He stuffed all the paperwork in a small envelope that I didn’t open till a week later. Found out I was screwed again. More
