I traded in my 1979 Chevrolet Impala for a 2014 Nissan Versa plus cash. On the “We Owe,” it was agreed in writing that they would take out my custom speakers (box), and amp and return them to me. After co Versa plus cash. On the “We Owe,” it was agreed in writing that they would take out my custom speakers (box), and amp and return them to me. After contacting the used car manger on and off for months and being given promises that I would get my speakers I never received what was mine. I did not sell them my custom stereo system that was in that car, it cost me $3500. I traded the car for $4000 so that I could get a car for my daughter that is in graduate school. Once I finally got ahold of the dealership they told me that it’s been to long to revive what’s owed to me and that the previous manager is no longer working there. I went to the dealership and spoke to the new used car manager (Stephen Williams) and he was rude. So I requested to speak to the general manager. When I met with Barrett Determan he just flat out said I’m not paying for that. So I requested to have a sit down/meeting with their boss Rob and never received a call back. Now I’m beyond frustrated, I feel robbed and don’t know what to do. I served this country honorably in Iraq, Afganistan, Kuwait, and Ecuador. I’m also a service connected disabled veteran. No on deserves to come home after 10 years of combat and be treated with such disrespect and disregard of the law. I’m at a loss and I just want what is mine. I was told by more than one person at the dealership that they sold my car with the speakers in it. This is poor business practices and illegal. More

I sent my Nissan for a repair and two days later I had to call back because I was told I will be getting a call back in the morning. Turns out the service technician was off on that day and nobody followed u call back because I was told I will be getting a call back in the morning. Turns out the service technician was off on that day and nobody followed up. Another technician told me I could come up and get the car and when I arrived he told me what he did wasn't working and that he needed to get parts for it. The terrible techincian name was Lionel from Bob howard Nissan Oklahoma. Do not get your car serviced over there. They are incompetent fools and it upsetted me greatly. More
Worst dealership This by far is the worst dealership I had ever been to in my life. Went there to buy a car, Salesman was rude, He got upset because I wanted a differe This by far is the worst dealership I had ever been to in my life. Went there to buy a car, Salesman was rude, He got upset because I wanted a different salesperson, Called me and my son out of our names, took a stance to fight us, kept following us around being disrespectful and rude, wanting to fight. Sales manager came out, did nothing but make excuses for his behavior, and said he was having a bad day. While salesman was still talking crap, Sales manger did nothing. Sales manger said he was gonna send him home , but instead sent him over to wait on someone else. General manager was inside , and he did nothing. He did not come to talk to us or apologize for his employee . Sales manager still wanted to make a deal, but cant handle his ignorant, and disrespectful employee. Of course we left because there is no amount of money they could have taken of the car to make this situation right. Reported the whole experience to corporate office of Bob Howard Nissan More
Great service This is my second time buying from here and I gotta say it was a great experience from the sales staff, to management, and finance as well. I was gree This is my second time buying from here and I gotta say it was a great experience from the sales staff, to management, and finance as well. I was greeted when I pulled up and there was no pressure. The used Car manager Colt went out of his way to ensure my wife and I were happy with our new vehicles and all of our needs were met. The new car manager Mike was courteous as well. I was also greeted by salesman Marcus, TK, Tony, Kelly, and Mark. This has been one of the only places where I’ve seen multiple staffers aid one another and do it with a smile on their face. It was hot and the used car manager even gave us water without us requesting it. When it was time to finance the finance manager Kevin went out of his way to explain every detail and pick out the best package for my needs. We were also greeted by the sales manager Dale and he was very helpful in coordinating the process. On my way out I was introduced to the general manager as well. This is a top tier organization from the bottom to the top and I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase a new or used vehicle. The only way to go is to Bob Howard Nissan!!! That’s why I bought 2 cars. I’ll definitely be back because they make you feel like family. Regards, Disabled Veteran “Chief” More
completely scammed I purchased a 2012 Nissan Rogue with less than 100, 000 miles in September of 2018. Since then, I have paid over $4000 in repairs. I was assured it I purchased a 2012 Nissan Rogue with less than 100, 000 miles in September of 2018. Since then, I have paid over $4000 in repairs. I was assured it has a 100 pt. inspection. But every time I take my car in to get something fixed, I ask if this is something the dealership should have noticed when inspecting it, and I am assured it is. Now my AC is going out, too. So by the time I fix that, I will have doubled the purchase price for my car. Go elsewhere if you need to get a used car. Worst lemon of a car in 25 years of purchasing used cars! I purposely waited 6 months to write the review to see what else would show up with this car. More
Good Service Department I have a 2001 Nissan Altima that Angela sold to me a few months ago. The whole experience was great and took a total of 3 hours and the car was mine. I have a 2001 Nissan Altima that Angela sold to me a few months ago. The whole experience was great and took a total of 3 hours and the car was mine. The key just recently broke off in the ignition, thankfully I was still able to start and drive my car. I was highly irritated about the key breaking since I didn't have a spare. I went to Bob Howard Nissan to get a new made and programmed and once again Angela was great. She always goes above and beyond to help her customers. I enjoy dealing with Angela and will continue to deal with her and only her. More

Worst Experience I am no longer interested in a Nissan. I had been looking for over 6 months trying out different vehicles and always came back to the Nissan Rogue SV I am no longer interested in a Nissan. I had been looking for over 6 months trying out different vehicles and always came back to the Nissan Rogue SV, loved it and set my goal for Black Friday weekend. I was going to Oklahoma for a Thanksgiving/family reunion and checked online what the deals were and found what I was looking for at Bob Howard, I was happy with the online price, but my brother wanted to see if he could get me a better deal. Long story short - he got me a GREAT deal, I was really happy with the final deal and agreed to the deal presented to me. All was good and then I went to the finance guy and he totally tried to screw me around. He was doing everything he could to take my $2500 rebate away, totally not what I had agreed upon. He was telling me I had to use the 4.99% interest offered by Nissan and if we went with a different carrier I would have to forfeit my $2500 rebate. I explained to him that I had great credit and that my son bought a USED vehicle in Guthrie and had 3.99%. He said you may have good credit but if I don't do the 4.99 then I would have to give up the $2500 rebate, at this time I knew he didn't check my credit scores. Then he kept adding the extended warranty which I told him I did not want, and in a sense made the vehicle out to sound like it would have alot of problems. I was getting upset with the fact that the deal I agreed upon was being taken away by this jerk! ! About the time I was ready to stop the process my sister in law had called and said the out of town family had arrived and wanted to know how long I would be and I told her I was on my way. I left, he wanted that $2500 rebate so bad he could have it and the vehicle. I loved that vehicle, but after the experience I have gone through with 2 different Nissan dealers I have decided Nissan is not for me! ! My son has had nothing but Nissan's and loves them, he was the one that was pushing me towards the Nissan and once I sat and drove one I was very happy with the way it felt and the comfort of the seat with my back. I hope you all enjoy that $2500 rebate and somebody else can have the vehicle I was going to purchase. I may be a 62 year old woman but I am not STUPID! More
