They honored the price that they listed online and even gave us the military rebate. Lowest price we could find from any dealer in Oklahoma. The night we found the vehicle was the same night we had tickets to Hamilton so we where unable to go to dealer to put down a deposit. The manager Kevin meet my husband and I after the show which got out after 10:30 PM to sign paperwork. I was really impressed with the dedicated and service that we received. Three days later we picked up the vehicle and Kevin made sure i knew how to use all the technology in the vehicle. More

My husband and I left our car for an oil change today, the day before Thanksgiving! We were served with incredible professionalism when we dropped the car off. In the morning i asked the parts department for a simple replacement part that i needed for my Altima, i was told since they’re out of stock that they’d need to contact the manufacturer and then follow up w replacement part that i needed for my Altima, i was told since they’re out of stock that they’d need to contact the manufacturer and then follow up with me, okay sure no problem. At the end of the day no follow up, 1 day later still nothing, 2 days later still nothing, and after 4 days of no follow up from the parts department i then called “Orr Nissan West” as they were very professional and courteous they called up the manufacturer within the hour and called me back with pricing and availability so thank you to Orr Nissan West for their excellent service! Folks make sure to save your time, distress and less than subpar service by instead going to Orr Nissan West and trust me ya’ll wont regret it!!! More
