I had a terrible experience with the car service department at Bob Howard Nissan . I would not recommend bringing your car here unless you want to be overcharged and treated poorly. and waiting is too long and gave excuses like computer error. More

Between 2022 and 2025, Nissan service department want me to buy three (3) car batteries instead of honoring their 5year warranty when they sold a new battery to me in 2022. That battery died in December of to buy three (3) car batteries instead of honoring their 5year warranty when they sold a new battery to me in 2022. That battery died in December of 2023 and they said they replaced it and said it would last for 24 months, that battery died March 8 and I took it to them rather than replacing it, they are asking me to pay $120 for a two year prorated warranty or over $200 for a new one. I left them and went to Auto Zone bought a battery and they installed it for me. More
