I am in what loaner? Ya’ll gave me a loaner from the 3rd-12th. I purchased this car in May. I haven’t had a car since then. It’s not fair and your not making any efforts to fix the situation so i don’t know how to accept this response. 2 days ago you said that your looking into fixing the car and i haven’t heard from you since. Keep in mind I am still CARLESS for trusting you and your group at Nissan of Bob Howard OKC.

July 27,2025 I’m here to update ya’ll further about the situation. I brought the car to another dealership to get a second opinion from their service dept. And i was told that there was no way a skilled mechanic could miss this engine. They had to have known this car engine was bad! Also the GM Jay Haider told multiple outlets that he was trying to resolve the situation but he ghosted me since. They even went as far as texting me to tell me they were looking to replace the engine, which seems to be another lie. So it’s obvious this dealership and their upper management is untruthful and not trust worthy. Okc residents becareful. Protect yourself there is plenty of reliable dealerships in this area. I am living a nightmare because I trusted Bob howard Nissan!
