I purchased a car from this dealership on May 5th,2025. I was told all cars are checked thoroughly and they had a sheet that had the vin # on it. I kept asking over and over again if i had any problems tha I was told all cars are checked thoroughly and they had a sheet that had the vin # on it. I kept asking over and over again if i had any problems that they will address them. They guaranteed me the engine and all major components were checked out. I assumed walking into a Nissan dealership that i was going to be protected. But NO! Little did i know i was going to get scammed into buying a car with a bad engine. So I used it for the first time on that monday to go to work. Well it over heated about 20 mins into my drive. So i freaked out, turned around and drove it back to the dealership. I then bumped into sales person that sold me the car at the sale floor entrance and told him the car had over heated and asked him if it was a major problem can i return it. He said no and assured me not to worry they would have service check it out. They called me a couple days later and said they had flush the cooling system and that it’s good for pickup. So i picked it up and went on a business trip. The very next time i used the car it over heated about a block away from my house. Now i was really concerned, freaking out! Called service they towed it back and kept for 3 weeks. I kept calling and asking whats wrong, but they kept telling me nothing was wrong. I was so concerned i refused to pick up the car. I just knew there had to be something wrong so I ended up calling the used car mgr. He assured me there was nothing wrong with the car and he said if it over heated again to take photos. Well it over heated the next day on my way to work again. I then took photos and even recorded a video. i immediately stopoed the vehicle waited for it to cool down. And headed straight for the dealership. Came into sales department and had a conversation with the general manager. At that time I did not know Jay Haider was the General Manager of the dealership. He totally strugged me off and belittled me for buying a used car.. something triggered me to record the conversation. Then they pushed me out the sales door and said that there would be a repair bill because it was my fault for buying a used car. And he had to mention that he had a whole lot of used cars with a higher price tags and it was my fault for choosing that car. I was in tears by now but even after all that i still had to approve the repair that they wanted another $1,200.00 for. Well half way through the repair, my service consultant called to let me know that the engine was bad. I think it was the first time anyone was honest about the situation! At that same time i was notified by consultant that the repairs would just go bad because the engine is bad. I came back right away to talk to the GM and his proposal was that i would lose money on the car because they would have to take it back in with a bad engine and i would have to take that hit and lose the equity i put in it. I felt completely defeated because i couldn’t believe that the very people i trusted was basically making me pay for their mistake. Service checked a car and missed a whole bad engine. The GM is making me (the customer) pay for his team’s mistakes! They bought a bad car with a bad engine then sold a bad car with a bad engine. Not holding anyone accountable for their own mistakes. I wasn’t even asking for anything above and beyond, i was just asking them to get the car i bought from them to work. They basically said no ma’am, we are not doing anything unless you pay for it! I couldn’t believe that I had cashed out a vehicle from this place used it for a total of 2 days and haven’t had a car since. Till today still no resolution that does not cost me. So Oklahomans be careful. This dealership will sell you a car with a bad engine. And make you pay for it… More
