The sales staff at the time my Altima was purchased must not have know much about the car, as they sold the base model without CarPlay and for months told me I had it. The service team does a good job a not have know much about the car, as they sold the base model without CarPlay and for months told me I had it. The service team does a good job and I seem to usually have a good rep, but up until my last visit they would overbook and I’d be there for hours for routine maintenance. That did improve this last visit. However, they still have not replaced the mobile charging station, which is needed when I’m working from the location while I wait for my car. Also, they don’t offer a car wash after service (like other dealerships do). More
