The service department tries to do a good job, but their system overbooks their schedule so they make it tough on their team. Be prepared to be there at least 2 hours for basic maintenance, and that’s with system overbooks their schedule so they make it tough on their team. Was expected to leave my new car at 7-11 since I came alone and drove myself in another car. The salesman wouldn’t let me leave the new car at the dealership overnight until I could get someone to help m alone and drove myself in another car. The salesman wouldn’t let me leave the new car at the dealership overnight until I could get someone to help me get both cars home. My experience was pretty good up to that point. So I had to call someone at 9pm to come and drive my new car home so it didn’t have to stay in a sketchy gas station parking lot overnight. I was not happy! More
