I had to call him to even get the inspection report sent over to me. So I could approve repairs to even get my car worked on! He then seemed put out when I asked to go over the report. Lastly, as soon as he realized I wasn’t going for the exorbitant sum they quoted me on various repairs, he seemed quick to want to end the conversation. The only saving grace was Chris Stafford. He was AWESOME. He actually cared, and did all he could to help smooth over an otherwise terrible experience. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. More

I dropped my car off at 2 pm for my backup camera to be looked at it is now 830 and nobody has called me to update me on the status of my car nor offered a loaner vehicle gave me a ride home in a xxx van looked at it is now 830 and nobody has called me to update me on the status of my car nor offered a loaner vehicle gave me a ride home in a xxx van with a cracked windshield now I have a operation I need to have in arkansas tomorrow that I have to have and I have no vehicle to get there and nobody is bothering to explain to me why or where my car is or why wasn't I contacted and given the option of either a loaner or mt vehicle back or the option to bring it in at a later date. Obviously i must have no life or previous engagements or priorities otherwise i would have been given the courtesy of at the very least a phone call. More
