Bob Howard Nissan has taken care of my 2018 Rogue since I purchased it brand new. Their prices are similar to other dealers, but the main reason I keep coming back is that they are completely above board. purchased it brand new. Bought new Rogue in 2019 and have only had their service department service it. Have been pleased up until today's service which consisted of oil change and tire rotation. Mult. Point inspection said it was done, but tire pressure was not check or set to correct pressure once my vehicle was completed. More

The service department did a good job of diagnosis of my problems and repaired them quickly once they received the parts required. It was over a weekend and the Dallas warehouse did not deliver on Saturday. problems and repaired them quickly once they received the parts required. It was over a weekend and the Dallas warehouse did not deliver on Saturday. They secured coverage of my Maxcare insurance and I was very satisfied with the service experience. The only negative was that I was provided a “loaner” and was not advised that there was a daily charge of $40 until I went to pick up my car. More
