I was greeted quickly and friendly, but did not feel like I was being attacked by a committee of vultures, as is often the case when entering a car dealership. I was asked questions to determine which model would be the best fit for my needs and was asked what color I was looking for. The salesperson found a Sonata hybrid in the color I was looking for. We went for a test drive. The salesperson drove first so he could explain some of the features and I could check them out while he was driving. He pulled over into a parking lot and showed me the navigation system and other features of the vehicle. From there, I took over the driving. The salesperson asked if I had any questions, and pointed out additional features of the car. The remaining car buying experience went just as well as the test drive. Everyone at the dealership I encountered was friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to buy another car from this dealership and will highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car. More

The car is great but how I was treated through the process and the deal I got on it were even better. Go see William and you will not be disappointed. More

I'm shamed to admit it but I was excited to buy a new car. Should have been a good experience. Please learn a lesson from me and just go somewhere else. when they act like something is a bonus with the car ask how much. I was charged 1,600.00 for a lot of things that seemed like they came with the car. Never once was I told these were extra charges. I now have windshield coverage for 7 years, interior and exterior coverage for 5 years. When I contacted the dealership finance manager he agreed it is dishonest however I did sign all the papers......offered me a free tank of gas. Here it's 30 days later I still have no title in the mail. Of course it's in the mail. More
Good but forgot to call me about the status of my car I took my car in for a severe wear check. The people were friendly and directed me to where I needed to go. They gave me a rough estimate of when it would be done, although they said they'd call me when all the service was completed. I took an hour and a half (longer than the estimated time) to walk around the area, which lacks sidewalks and crosswalks making it quite dangerous for pedestrians, and grab a bite to eat. I returned to the dealership, assuming that maybe there was a bit more damage than I thought. Nope, they just forgot to call and tell me my vehicle was done. The person profusely apologized and took my information right to the payment window where the person in charge of the service went over the inspection line by line. He was very friendly and explained everything I needed to know. I paid what I assume was a fairly reasonable sum, and went on my way. Overall, helpful dealership but they could stand to be a bit more organized. More
Service department is horrible I took my 2009 Hyundai Genesis in for three recalls and a front end alignment. I dropped off my car at around noon; around one the service rep called I took my 2009 Hyundai Genesis in for three recalls and a front end alignment. I dropped off my car at around noon; around one the service rep called saying that yes, my car was out of alignment and it would be $104 to correct, I okayed the work. He said it wouldn't take very long and he would call me back when my car was ready for pickup. Two hours later I called asking if my car was ready, the girl took my name & number and said she would have my service rep call me. He called back stating my car was ready for pickup. I go to pickup my car, he did not go over any of the repairs done on my car, just said the paperwork was at the service window. I paid for my repairs and left. Two weeks later I receive a call from the service department stating my part that was ordered was in, I had no idea what she was talking about, no one ever advised me that a part had to be ordered or that I would have to bring my car back in for the remaining recall to be completed. When I left a message for the service manager, he called back stating "I reviewed your records and I talked to the service rep and he stated that he did in fact go over with you that a part had to be ordered, but that is neither here nor there, we can take care of it" I feel as if he was calling me a liar since I stated I was not told of a part being ordered. Also, he hadn't had lunch so if I wanted to call him back I would have to do so after he went to lunch. I just feel the whole experience was very unprofessional and I will not be taking my car back to Bob Howard Hyundai for the remaining repairs, I don't care if they ordered the part for me or not; I will be going elsewhere. More
