I initially had a great experience with this place and would highly recommend it. However, my second visit was quite unusual and disappointing. After dropping off my car and returning home, I unexpectedly received a text message from them expressing interest in purchasing my brand-new vehicle. This caught me completely off guard and left me feeling both surprised and uncomfortable. While they typically keep customers informed, this time, I received no updates regarding the status of my service. I had to wait nine hours before finally calling them myself to ask for information. When I reached out, they simply informed me that the issue had been resolved and that I could come to pick up my car. Throughout the entire process, I was extremely concerned—both about their sudden interest in buying my car and the complete lack of communication regarding its service. Unfortunately, this experience left me very disappointed. More
