I've lost a little trust, since last oil change car has been clattering, I should have check oil dip stick. I thought it was a timing issue, only noticed when accelerating. chattering quit with new oil ch been clattering, I should have check oil dip stick. POOR SERVICE. I have bought 3 BRAND NEW CARS FROM THEM IN 1 YEAR . NO MORE ! They are great until they get your money then it ALL CHANGES. After leaving another dealership I called Bob Howard for an oil change. My first time was exceptional and the Advisors are pleasant and greet you personally.
