Just purchased a new car, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the buying experience. I typically hate the car shopping experience because of all the pushy, high-pressure and/or unhelpful salespeopl pleased with the buying experience. He was just there to be respectful, answer questions, provide information, and do his best to get us the best deal possible -- which is EXACTLY what we wanted. And we feel he did just that. Not sure what the other salespeople are like there, but his low-key style fit ours. Our finance guy, Osama, was also the best -- very respectful, no high pressure, quick to answer questions and make the process as quick and efficient as possible. More

I set up an appointment to get my oil changed at 12:00 p. m. I arrived at 11:45 a.m. and was told it would take one to one and a half hours (which is a long time, but whatever). I messaged the number they pro m. I arrived at 11:45 a.m. and was told it would take one to one and a half hours (which is a long time, but whatever). I messaged the number they provided about two hours later for an update, but received no response. I waited another 30 minutes, still with no response. Finally, I went to the service desk, found someone, and discovered my car had been ready for some time. All they said was, "My bad; we will fill up your car next time." No, I will not be returning. A $35 fill-up does not compensate for wasting 2.5 hours of my time. Do better. More
