I dropped my car off at the end of September and got my vehicle back October 21st. While I understand how busy jobs can be, especially dealing with costumers throughout the day, I received minimal communic vehicle back October 21st. While I understand how busy jobs can be, especially dealing with costumers throughout the day, I received minimal communication on any updates on my vehicle. I received an initial message from my service advisor and a couple messages after that but no further updates. I had to repeated call for any type of update or timeframe on my vehicle and received no updates from my service advisor UNLESS I CALLED. While waiting for my vehicle to be finished I was approved to receive a loaner vehicle until my car was finished. I was told there were no loaner vehicle’s available and that I would have to call Hyundai in order to get a rental from a different company. Again, I understand how busy the work force can be but the lack of communication and inconvenience of not receiving information was quite frustrating. Not to mention while calling many times, hardly anyone answered. More

Today was A better Day, I felt like I was Heard. Jacob was nice and pleasant. Juan told me they plugged in the light the bulb it was unplugged , problem solved. I left I received A text from Juan saying I declined services no one said I needed. My Cabin Filtered needs to be replaced. Communication should be better. I stayed there and waited for my car. It seems to me that because I have expressed my unsatisfactory before, the Staff has A problem with me the Customer because I’m irritated about my car that I have to Keep bringing in for the same thing. No one can replace my time and no one is offering a gas card or a discount. My car is 2 years old. I have been in several times this year more than 10 Ridiculous!!!!!😡 More
We like this dealership overall. We were a little disappointed with this service appointment. The check wasn't thorough and or issue wasn't resolved. The problem with our Tucson is the shaking in the front end when braking. Other owners have complained about the same thing. This dealership doesn't seem to know anything about it and failed to listen to our information. They never drove the vehicle at speeds equivalent to feel the vibration or to have a problem with the braking system. I do feel that part of the issue was that I did state to Jacob that if they could not offer a lifetime warranty on the front end alignment and the wheel balancing that I would let Hibdon handle it. He advised me that I should take the vehicle there so I wasn't wasting my time. We (My husband) wanted the vehicle checked by the dealership since we purchased it as a used car that had been a loaner. It already had this issue when we purchased it. The vehicle is currently being serviced at a secondary location. More
