I called to purchase two more tires. I I asked for the price and was quoted a price. I told the gentleman that I worked in Yukon and I would try my best to be there by 3:30. I was running a little late due to traffic, so I called and let them know that I would be five or 10 minutes late. I got there at 3:40. Waited 15 minutes for the advisor because the lady sitting there said I would need to wait for him. He comes in gets on the phone then proceeds to help . After an hour and a half I asked him if he could check on my car and he says to me, you were late, so someone got in front of you after almost 2 hours of waiting to have two tires put on my vehicle was brought out. I went to the cashier where I was given a bill, which was higher than what I was quoted I said something to the people because this is not the first time this has happened and they proceeded to tell me that the gentleman I spoke with had already left and their manager, of course had already left so I would need to call the manager today which I will be doing More
