We knew what we were looking for and Travis got us to the correct vehicle and got us on the road for a test drive in a professional time frame. Ended up buying today because the vehicle was exactly what we wanted. Travis and the finance office were extremely professional and didn't try to upsell us on anything. If you're looking for a Hyundai, I'd check out BHH! More

I am revising my review. I was charged $40k for a $31k car, I was very happy with the car but not for $40,000. Unfortunately when I purchased the vehicle, it took longer than expected and I waited almost 3 hours to get the car back from window tinting because they did not have a driver to bring the car back and I had to be at work an hour and a half away. So, I was rushing somewhat to get done and leave with the car. I knew the out-the-door price was $31K and change. I was the one buying the car and the payment was my responsibility but Chris, in finance, put my husband primary because he is a 100% disabled military veteran and they gave us a $500.00 discount. In my opinion, that $500.00 cost me $9000.00. I was told all the paperwork would be emailed to me but I hadn't received any paperwork until my husband brought me paperwork that he received by mail at his house almost 3 weeks later. That is when I found out that I was charged $40,000 and change for the car. I cried. I called to speak with Chris and I was told that he would look into it and get back to me. Then on another call I was told he put it in for approval for the refund to the finance company and didn't know why it was taking so long. Then after him telling me he would call me back in a few minutes and not getting that phone call I decided, on my day off from work, to drive the hour and a half and go in person to get this handled. After I arrived, the manager got the extended warranty taken off but the car now is only $35k and change and I have to talk to the salesman about why that is. I had a beautiful 2019 Prius Limited that someone totaled by pulling out in front of me and forced me to have to buy another car. The moral of the story is, they are all salesmen and their job is to separate you from your money and they do it with a smile and reel you in. They saw me and my husband at a vulnerable time and I am paying for it. Always make them tell you what you are signing for and verify it. I didn't even know who the finance company was until they called because my payment was 2 days late. I will not be returning there for another vehicle nor will my family. More
