I would have hoped for a few more things when spending $400+ on repairs…can’t top off fluids? Can’t run it through and automatic car wash? This is a pretty new building and so it’s relatively very clean their waiting area is nice. They have plug-ins next to the chair so you can charge your phone. They provide snacks, coffee, and water. I bought my Electra at a different dealership, but knowing I would take to Bob Howard. There service advisors “were” top notched. Very attentive and communicated with me. However, lately I have t knowing I would take to Bob Howard. There service advisors “were” top notched. Very attentive and communicated with me. However, lately I have to park my car and WAIT on a service advisor to even approach me. Then conversation was rather short and seemed unappreciative. Once was car was finished I looked over in the driveway and it sat there. After 10 minutes I went to service desk and it was like oh yea your ready. Seemed as if I was a burden to them. I will give it one more try, if no progress I will drive out of my way to another dealership More
