We could not be more pleased. Jeff in the finance dept was also very good to work with. No pressure by anyone, just friendly, helpful, knowledgeable guidance. LOVE MY NEW CRV and love knowing that when I have questions Patrick will be there for me again like he was with the former car. We feel that not only is the price on the car important but service AFTER the sale is huge. Thank you for such a great buying experience. More
Bob Howard Honda Consistently Exceeds My Expectations! I recently had my 2004 Honda Accord serviced at Bob Howard Honda, Edmond OK. The car was purchased brand new at a Honda dealership on NW Expressway in I recently had my 2004 Honda Accord serviced at Bob Howard Honda, Edmond OK. The car was purchased brand new at a Honda dealership on NW Expressway in OKC. I'd routinely returned to THAT dealership for routine/scheduled maintenance of my Honda..before trying Bob Howard Honda in Edmond. For me, the change to Bob Howard meant I didn't have to travel so far from my home in Edmond to get my auto serviced. I was recently having trouble with my Honda's charging system and was able to make a next-day service appointment with Bob Howard Honda. "Matt" Davis was most helpful in scheduling my appointment over the phone and giving me clear-cut instructions for an after-hours drop-off of my auto at their dealership. After the repairs were done & explained to me, the Manager (Eric) informed me that they'd found a couple problems that I'd probably want to get repaired before too long. He was right! I'd been noticing droplets of fluid in my garage after parking the car, but thought it was from repairs I'd had on my transmission a few months ago. Luckily for me, the mechanic (Jeremy) noticed my valve case was cracked, causing the oil leak..and that the valves were in need of adjustment. I brought the car back to Bob Howard Honda 2 days later for those repairs to be done. Everything went smoothly! I've had no problems with the service repairs since. Each member of the Bob Howard Honda team that helped me during those two repairs was awesome! From the Service Advisor, to the mechanic, to the receptionist(s), to the Service Manager. Even the Parts technician greeted me and asked if I needed any assistance (while I was waiting to pick up my Honda). I don't have a problem at all recommending Bob Howard Honda's Service Department to others, based on my experiences. They've managed to keep this new customer's 10-year-old Honda in great shape recently..and that's what it's all about for me! The Service Advisors, in particular, have awesome customer service skills! I appreciate when a dealership mechanic finds any additional concerns under the hood of my auto. Helps keep me and my family road-safe! More

Sales associate and finance man were very friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed dealing with Prince as he was not "pushy" or overbearing and was knowledgeable about the automobile. He went out of his way to let my wife drive the exact car she wanted. My reason for rating two questions with a score of 4 is when we first came into the dealership earlier in the afternoon, NO ONE came to ask if they could help us. We walked all around the showroom and not a single salesperson asked if we needed assistance which was really odd for a car dealer. We actually had to go find someone and ask for assistance; then that person had to go find a sales person. When we came back to the dealership that evening to pick up her new Honda Accord and sign the paperwork, no one offered to show us the service and parts departments or explain to us the service processes. No one asked if there was anything we wanted in the way of accessories for my wife's new car. More

Our 2004 Honda Pilot that we had purchased new from Bob Howard had been totaled in an accident and we reluctantly had to shop for a vehicle to replace it. We had gone to Bob Howard on line to look at prices and we were contacted by Jeremy and Deborah. I had met Jeremy several years ago at the dealership and he was just as friendly and helpful as he had been in the past. When we arrived at the dealership Jeremy greeted us and introduced us to Vladimir DelBosque who is one of their new salespersons. We had been to several dealerships prior to going to Bob Howard and although Vladimir was new, he was by far the most pleasant and well informed salespersons that we had dealt with. We ended up purchasing a 2013 Pilot and we could not be more pleased by the service that we experienced. Our new car was ready when they said it would be and Vladimir took the time to make sure that I understood how to work the navigation and Bluetooth and even loaded my phone contacts to the car. Buying a vehicle can be a tedious process and we have experienced our share of less than professional salespersons and service. Although there is a Honda dealership less than 5 miles from our house we decided to buy from Bob Howard because of the professionalism of Jeremy, Deborah, and Vladimir. More

Mr. Tariq Syed went above and beyond after hearing I had a very negative experience with Nix Auto Center in McAlester. Mr. Syed was professional in every way, and helped get me an outstanding interest rate with a lender I can feel comfortable with. I did my research on lenders and told Mr. Syed courteously found me the best rate and stayed with me the whole evening so I could drive home a 2008 Pontiac G6. I am so impressed with his excellent manner, I am his number one fan and give him the best recommendation I can to all my friends and acquaintenances. While he has done his tour of duty as a salesperson and is Bob Howard Auto's Special Finance Manager, he met me outside the building after guiding me through the construction mess on the highway, and astounded me with a full lot of choices in my price range. What a guy! I can't thank him enough for a pleasant experience for once with a dealer who knows how to respect a customer. More
