The people here are ve Well after buy my first vehicle at Bob Howard Hyundai i was a little stand offish on trying to go through their sister company. The people here are very helpful and nice. I did all of my search on the 2 vehicles i was interested in didnt find anything wrong until i read all of these horrible reviews. ALL of these reviews are the same exact problem i had at the other bob howard place. Constantly having to take my car in to get fixed just to be yelled at and someone make you cry and nothing get fixed and your stuck with a lemon. Then they say they fix something and it is not properly fixed or it is very bad customer service. I asked about the reviews and asked what they can do to rest assure me that i will not have the same experience from them as i did their sister company or any of these horrible reviews i told them i did not want have to take my car in after a WEEK or a MONTH of driving it. this was Shawn Mule's response..."I am not sure Im in sales. All you of our cars go through service and safety expection. and i wont lie to you and tell you that every cars in the world that we have will be working after SIX months to year" ( i did not ask about further down the road i know that DUH ) "they all machines you have to take of them. i will do my best to make sure that everything that i sell to you will be working perfectly fine you just have to do your part and make sure its stays in good condition." I am a woman..i am not stupid this is not my first time purchasing. i just wanted to see what bob howard can do to make me feel a little easier about buying a car after such horrible reviews. ( I also asked if the same mechanic still worked there from 3 years ago until a month ago. there was no answer about that.) I am quite aware of all the up keep on vehicles i fix them my self after warranty has expired and have for many years. my suggestion please do all research on the DEALERSHIP and THEIR REVIEWS after the reviews on the car. There are so many dealerships with bad mechanics and service departments now a days. More
