Car buying breeze! I have gone with my husband to purchase several cars at several dealerships. It was finally time for my new car and I wanted to try a honda. When I got there I was nervous but as soon as I started to talking to my salesman I felt much better. He listened to what i was wanting, the payment I was wanting and let me take my time when test driving the different models. Once I picked the car the finance team was awesome! Bob Howard Honda We bought a Honda HR-V on 18th July 2016 from this place and after the worst experience ever we returned the car back today 08/02/2016. What we agreed on was no payments down with 72 months finances plus 7 years bumper to bumper warranty. We provided all information and documentation and they checked our credit score; we signed the contract and they said car is ready to pick up tomorrow. The 24 hour time took a week because of so many excuses that they gave and during this time we had company’s car and switched from FWD to AWD to compensate delay. Finally we got our car a week after contract but this was the starting of disaster!!! I received a phone call a week later from financial office of this place, the guy on the phone said because bank had us to reduce the price to fulfill the gap of $3000 (which no one let us know), we need to either put down $1000 RIGHT NOW or return the car. I said I am at work right now, I will meet you at your office tomorrow, also I need to talk with my wife, he said call her now and call me back, we can do everything on the phone and should be done now because it is end of the month and we need to close the monthly accounts, I said it is impossible and I’ll meet you tomorrow at your office. At his office he said you signed to pay 84 months!!!! We shocked and asked for explanation; I said something should be wrong and asked to talk with the same person that we talked and signed the contract with. He started to yell at us and said he is off today and he is sure everything is correct. We said if this is the contract that we signed, we deceived because we signed something that is different from what we agreed. He got mad and stated we are not have to buy the car!!! On top of that the other employee cannot deceive us because HE IS HIS BEST FRIEND AND HE HIMSELF TRAINED HIM!!!!!!!!!!! So there is no way to something happened wrong. I stated that you are human beings not angels and may do something wrong. After an unpleasant argument, he checked the documentation and saw that the agreement is different from contract, on top of that the sales manager (he was off) and our agent were witness of what we agreed, however he did not apologize!!!!!, instead he said you do not have to by the car and started to threatening to call the police and wanted us to leave the shop. I said if you won’t call police, I will; I need somebody to have the car back right now and a written receipt with 4 whiteness signature that Car has no defect and we do not owe you anything. This place is the worse place that I have been ever and the staff are the most unprofessional and rude staff that I have ever met. Do not waste your precious time and money with these unprofessional people. More
Horrible Service Center!!! DAY ONE: We took our Honda in for diagnosis of electrical system on Friday. DAY TWO: Told the radio needed to be replaced. Car ready for pick up. Didn't make it more than a few blocks from dealership and noticed the "check engine" light was on. Immediately returned our vehicle and had to leave it again over the weekend. Was told that the check engine light was on when the car arrived. UNTRUE!!! If so, why wasn't mentioned or addressed during the diagnosis? DAY FOUR: Told problem would be diagnosed. Left several messages for SM "Shawn". DAY FIVE: After hearing nothing and having left MORE messages, finally call in and just happen to reach "Shawn". He demands to know if we're going to pay $265 for repairs that were not discussed!!! Needless to say, we are retrieving our car and will transfer it to another more competent and professional service center..... That is, as soon as they can find our car keys which have been misplaced. This place is horrible!!!! More

Incorrect diagnosis of engine problem and conned out of mone Driving down to Dallas from KC, my car started jerking in OKC and brought it to Bob Howard to fix the issue 3/17/16. I informed management and service Driving down to Dallas from KC, my car started jerking in OKC and brought it to Bob Howard to fix the issue 3/17/16. I informed management and service dept about the issue and they suggested to adjust valves and change spark plugs for $660. I gladly paid believing this will fix the problem and get me back home safe. I asked multiple times for the service department to really verify the fix and take it on the road. After getting on the highway for 30 minutes, the car started jerking on us again and eventually stopped accelerating. So basically, Bob Howard changed parts i did not need and did not resolve the issue I brought the car in for. I had to drop it off in Honda of Wichita and they quickly found the real issue with the MAP sensor and resolved it for free. Contacted Bob Howard about the issue and they gave me the run around for over a week and eventually said they wont do a thing. DO NOT SERVICE OR SHOP at BOB HONDA. They are thieves! More

Each time I go in for service I have been pleased and if they perceive that I may not understand or might not be "happy" they go our of their way to assure I leave pleased. Now I will say that I prefer some advisors over others and that is due to personalities but I'd think everyone can understand that. Overall I will continue to give my business to Bob Howard ~ they are a bit of a drive for me since they are not the Honda dealership closest to me. More

After much deliberating, I chose a make and model and went into Bob Howard Honda and made an offer. They countered and I countered back and they said sure they would agree on my counter offer. I went in the next day and test drove a car. When I went into their office, they came back with a totally different car on the paperwork, didn't mention that they had done a "switch-a-roo" until I mentioned it and then tried to go up on the price that we agreed on out the door. Wow! Really? Then, the head new manager, Jeff or Kelly Morgan(something like that-his name wasn't worth remembering) came to talk to me to "explain" that these extra fees were needed and he was "losing" money, blah, blah, blah. My response to him was simple. I told him I took time out of my day to come in and purchase a car based on the price that was PROMISED me over the phone and then not only do you try to sell me a cheaper model, but it's also at a higher price! Cheats and scoundrels. Like I said if you like to be cheated, then this dealership is for you! More
