What customer service should be like We brought our Honda in for repairs, but the first person to help was not helpful and didn't seem to care. We called Bob Howard Honda a month or so later to schedule an appointment and to find out everything was covered under warranty just because he cared and took the time to help us. Jesse was so helpful and understanding! He went above and beyond for us! This is what customer service is all about! Than you so much, Jesse!! More

90,000 CRV maintenance Bought a 2002 CRV 15 years ago and its been the most trouble free car I ever had! mostly just do the maintenance! bugged the service dept to put in n Bought a 2002 CRV 15 years ago and its been the most trouble free car I ever had! mostly just do the maintenance! bugged the service dept to put in new hoses & belts, but they kept telling me; "you are fine"! After 7 years they finally said; "Ok Roger, now its time for new hoses & belts"! They never sell anything uncessary and believe me, I try so hard to buy more stuff I really don't need! Long gone are the "good ol days" of car trouble! Never got "bad gas", excuses, or double talk at Bob Howard Honda! So I'm still tooling around my drives like new CRV, even wearing tires, and all the confidence in the world will take care of me. When the day comes, "Roger, you need to think about a new car". I will take a new car visit at Bob Howard! More
Deceitful salesmen They tell you on the phone we have a deal then when you get to the dealership the salesman you have been working with is not in. I even had an appoint They tell you on the phone we have a deal then when you get to the dealership the salesman you have been working with is not in. I even had an appointment with him. No one new about the deal. One of the sales managers came in and said he couldn't do this deal. No apology or anything. What a low life. They will do anything just to get you in the door. It didn't take us long to leave this business. Do not buy a car from this dealership. More

Jesse Cook was great! Amendment to my original review: After writing the review below I was contacted by one of the service managers, Jesse Cook. He was concerned about Amendment to my original review: After writing the review below I was contacted by one of the service managers, Jesse Cook. He was concerned about our experience and did everything he could to try and rectify the situation. He was extremely available and did everything he could to expedite any further service that needed to be done. He was honest about what needed to be done and made sure our car was finally fixed. He told us that the service technicians that formerly worked with us were no longer employed there and it sounds like the service department has made some changes. I've not worked with everyone in the service department, but I would take my vehicle back to Jesse, I felt he earned my trust. Original review: You should stay away from this service department at all costs. The service technicians/managers are completely unavailable. I have called numerous times on multiple occasions to get in touch with somebody in the service department and they rarely return my call. I have to hunt them down and hope I get lucky that somebody answers the phone. Ive been promised return calls or email correspondence that nobody follows through with. After numerous visits we requested the notes stating what was done to repair the vehicle the services notes were virtually nonexistent. We also came to find out that that even though we were told that our airbag was exchanged due to recall, that it actually never happened because there was no listing of a part being billed with part number. We worked with two separate technicians, Scott and Matt, both no longer work there. Hmmm, wonder why.? They take no responsibility for a misdiagnosis. We brought our Pilot in with a VTM-4 light and engine light on and on three separate occasions and each time we left and the lights came back on. They kept wanting to charge use for new service. We finally decided to take our car to another dealership because they kept replacing parts and not solving the problem. Avoid this dealership at all costs!!! Unless you're going for an oil change, but i suggest you still mark your oil filter and confirm they actually replaced it with a new one. More

Service I bought my car at Bob Howard Honda. I've been back for service & never impressed with the service, but the LAST time, I scheduled an appointment fo I bought my car at Bob Howard Honda. I've been back for service & never impressed with the service, but the LAST time, I scheduled an appointment for an oil change, told the technician I was short on time, waited an hour, then found my own car to leave without service. Ridiculous. Why make appointments or lie about availability to keep you on the hook? I will never go back. I want another Honda, but won't go back to this dealer. More
