I rated the dealer a 5 because Roy the service writer made it happen in the end. I was supposed to get another writer per my appointment online assignment but when I got there he walked right by as I wai made it happen in the end. No one was on the drive that appeared to care until Roy came and immediately grabbed a pad and helped me. He did his job from first sight on perfectly. Even on a callback.
