TLDR: Deceptive practices, misquoted timelines, failure to follow up, no accountability, high pressure tactics. Do not buy a car from this dealership. Was told by Robert that we had to purchase a warran to follow up, no accountability, high pressure tactics. Do not buy a car from this dealership. Was told by Robert that we had to purchase a warranty to get a lower interest rate. Called back for an explanation on the rationale for this, but was told that never happened. Yet somehow I was offered a lower interest rate than what I received (again, based on buying a longer warranty). After waiting for an hour to get into finance, Robert also told us it would be "5-10 more minutes, max" which turned into another hour. Dale and Brett will not call me back and don't seem to care about my experience at all. They sold the car and that's all that matters in the end, right?! "WE GOT THE SALE!" Our vehicle was also sold to us with an "engine maintenance required" light on that we were told was just from the oil being changed. Come to find out, it was not from the oil being changed (which is a totally different light) and is actually a faulty part. A part that is now on backorder and has no time for being back in stock. So we have to drive around with a faulty car, that Bob Howard's tech told us could cause the ECU to short out and render the car useless.
