I can tell you that TJ, who is in your service department as a service advisor did an outstanding job yesterday. He advised me that whoever did the oil change did not place the new oil filter back on the veh as a service advisor did an outstanding job yesterday. After doing the oil change, which may have caused damage to my vehicle, I am not exactly sure if I can trust the department that handles just the oil changes going forward to handle what I have paid them to do. This is not the first negative encounter that I have had. The last negative experience was when they didn’t rotate my tires.
