I had an appointment today to replace 1 wheel well liner. I made the appointment a week in advance to ensure a timely visit and that the part could be procured ahead of time if necessary. I was told after arrival that the part was never ordered. All in all, it was a FOUR HOUR wait and the total charge was $300 - the actual part was only about $50. At no point during my four hour wait did Kristina, the employee helping me today, tell me the charge would be $300. If she had, I would have left! Under no circumstance will I ever be returning here. If you value your time and money, avoid. More
