No communication from the service advisor even though I was at the lounge all the time. I was told about the final bill after work was performed. The dealer also conducted a multi-point inspection which showed that I needed $1400 worth of repairs. Since I was visiting Oklahoma City from Phoenix, I took the car back to my dealer in Phoenix upon my return to get it checked, and I was told that 90% of the repairs recommended by Bob Howard Honda were not needed. This dealership is a rip-off. More
Purchased a car 3 mths ago. I have had the vehicle into the shop 3 times. Needs new pistons and rings. I’ve had the 2019 F150 for 100 miles and the check engine light came on. They said I could probably still pull a 4K lb travel trailer with the light engine light on. I said no and dropped it off to be checke light came on. They said I could probably still pull a 4K lb travel trailer with the light engine light on. Misrepresentation of services provided When bringing my 2018 Honda Odyssey with 31,000 in for regular maintenance I was asked to authorize services that, when I asked specifically if they w When bringing my 2018 Honda Odyssey with 31,000 in for regular maintenance I was asked to authorize services that, when I asked specifically if they were recommended by the manufacturer, was assured that they were. Upon review of manufacturer documentation I found that Transmission Fluid Exchange and Fuel Induction System Clean were not indicated for my vehicle based on either the Maintenance Minder system, or by mileage. I brought the vehicle in with no complaints of operation and a Maintenance Minder code of A17, which does not include those services mentioned. As a result my invoice was more than doubled. I have expressed my dissatisfaction to the service advisor and that I expected a refund on those services that were misrepresented to me. I was told that he was unable to refund and that a manager would be informed. I have not heard back in over a week. More

Went to have my battery replaced that was still under warranty. Battery bought at Bob Howard (BH) Honda about 14 months prior. I had to have my car jumped twice in 1 week prior. Had documentation from AA warranty. Battery bought at Bob Howard (BH) Honda about 14 months prior. I had to have my car jumped twice in 1 week prior. Had documentation from AAA that battery was bad. BH performed tests and I was told battery did not meet requirements for replacement and that screw was tightened and that should fix problem. The next morning my car would not start. Battery again tested by AAA and shown to be bad. Had battery replaced by AAA. Will never buy another battery from BH. More
