Clean and professional. Only issue is they did not reset my oil life meter back to 100% after oil change. This is the 2nd consecutive time it has happened. The service staff and managers, Gino and Chuck, were available, very knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and friendly. The cashiers were efficient & friendly. Easy to schedule an appointment. Prompt attention but took a while for service to be completed. I did have to return because my low tire sensor came on after I left. I have never had any good experience with any Honda dealership or their corporate office. They charge me through the roof for things that “might be wrong” with the car and then ask me to extend my bump dealership or their corporate office. They charge me through the roof for things that “might be wrong” with the car and then ask me to extend my bumper to bumper warantee that so far hasn’t covered any of my repairs! None of which have been related to wear and tear or accidents. Do not recommend Honda or their dealerships. Go third party. More
