Bob Howard Honda always does great. Love the way they stay in contact while the car is being serviced. This was the first time I got a video while they worked on my car. The only reason I gave 4 star rating was on way home the tire pressure light came on. I stopped to get air and all my tires were low. I would like for them to check tire pressure when doing the inspection. Now my tire pressure light won't go off and I put the correct amount in each tire. This is frustrating and I can't figure out how to reset. I could drive back but that is a pain and I don't want to wait again. Otherwise they are wonderful to deal with and I love being able to make my appointment online. More
