They seem to do very good work on my car. I do wish simple work like an oil change would be done more quickly, especially with setting a very early appointment (6:30 AM). Service department is so nice to deal with and did a great job of keeping me updated. We had extensive work done on an older model Honda Pilot but it turned out great and we’d had problems with previous great job of keeping me updated. The service advisor was rude and called me by last name without addressing Ms. He did not say thank you to me at all. He just walked away after getting all of the information he needs. Overall, I was impressed from the time that I got to the dealership to the time that I left. I did however, get a tire rotation and a wheel alignment while I was there. I would have thought having this work done would have made sure that the PSI‘s were all the same. More

Lack of attention to detail and poor overall communication and poor service. Just spent over $3000 to get a Honda Fit. They didn’t replace the brake rotors (that they recommended replaced) and communication and poor service. Just spent over $3000 to get a Honda Fit. They didn’t replace the brake rotors (that they recommended replaced) and just installed pads only and still didn’t resurface the old rotors. Didn’t know this until it was picked up. All tire valve stem caps were missing. Replacement wiper blades were cheap rainx brand instead of OEM parts. Car wasn’t washed as promised. New tires installed but they didn’t check spare tire and it was flat. More
