I purchased a used car from them with multiple problems. I was told that the cars go through a 100+ point check to make sure they function properly and any services they need are complete. Well, the car I bought had problems with the headlights. I say had because I fixed it. There is a problem with with dual climate hvac system. I have no idea what is going on with it. And the last thing is the sunroof is broke. Not a big deal, I knew that before I bought it. Now they say they changed the oil, but the engine air filter looked like there had been mice in it and the cabin filter had not been changed in a long time. I know that I am buying a used car that is sold "as is", but I expected more from a big name dealership. When I told the salesman about the issues, he told me he was sorry to hear that. Every single person I spoke to was incredibly nice, seriously listened to what I wanted in a vehicle, and every single person I dealt with was professional and genuinely wanted to help me.
