Guys couldn't diagnose an easy problem. Recently my 2006 Trailblazer SS developed a clacking noise up high in the engine on the right side. I didn't have extra time to try to figure out wha Recently my 2006 Trailblazer SS developed a clacking noise up high in the engine on the right side. I didn't have extra time to try to figure out what was wrong because of work. I took it to them for diagnosis. After having it a while all they could tell me was " it's something camshaft related.." This was on a Friday afternoon. Over the weekend I realized the problem was a stuck lifter which I knew how tp resolve. I got my truck back them first thing Monday morning and took care of the problem myself. A god shop would have been able to diagnose the problem right away and fix it. As it was, I paid them $72 for little of any help. That's why I typically do my own service work.; Can't trust a dealership. They only want your money. More

"HB" stormed out on his hotboxing scheme when I asked about the specific problems of the car's make/model year. Im almost sure that he knew the cars problems and was trying to force people into buying the car by flat out lying about them. I was told "dont worry about that" 4 separate times regarding a recall that would have to be done by an adjacent dealer. "They will fix it for free as soon as you drive off the lot." I had called the dealer to ask about it and was told that car was in line to be fixed in 4 months. I walkedin ready to pay cash at the asking price but instead literally saw myself out of the building without a good bye. More

Major mechanical failure I bought a truck and haven't had it more than 2 months. It's having a major electrical problem and it's unsafe to drive cause it will just lose power. This happened to me while driving down the interstate with my 4 yr old son. I feel like they sold us an unsafe vehicle and now they endangered myself and my child. I can't get a hold of anyone in sales and nobody has returned my phone calls. This great deal I thought I was so lucky to be getting is now a nightmare. I would never purchase another vehicle from them if they can't stand behind the vehicles they are selling when it hasn't even been 2 months. Now I know why they immediately jumped at the offer I gave them. Thank you for putting my life and my sons life in danger. More
