I made a huge mistake buying a car from Bob Howard Toyota - a 2006 Cobalt SS. When things began to go wrong I took it to Bob Howard Chevrolet. They suceeded in ruining the engine then expecting me to pay f - a 2006 Cobalt SS. When things began to go wrong I took it to Bob Howard Chevrolet. They suceeded in ruining the engine then expecting me to pay for it. Later, they incorrectly installed a pulley, which then shredded the belt and ruined the pulley. In the past 6 months they had the car in their shop half of the time, and only offered me a loaner on the last service visit, which lasted six weeks. Their technicians, and I use the term loosely, did not know how to work on the car, and when they did something, it was usually wrong. The only good thing to come of all my troubles with this dealership was they left the car on their back lot during a huge hail storm, and the car was totaled. Never again. Keep away from this dealership. There are other Cheverolet dealers in town. They can't service what they sell. You've been warned. More

guy treated me like i wasnt worth his time because i asked about a vehicle i was ineterested and then stated that i wasnt interested in it anymore, and hung up on me to top it off. he was trying to conc asked about a vehicle i was ineterested and then stated that i wasnt interested in it anymore, and hung up on me to top it off. he was trying to conceal an accident that clearly showed on the car fax report from me as well. i will not be inquiring into another vehicle there because of this guy, i wont even call again. he laughed at me when i told him i was in a cast and insinuated that i had to much time on my hands and that laughed more when i said i was out of work meaning on leave, im an active duty soldier for cryin outloud, i have been insulted and offended by these actions and remarks and will strongly recommend that no one deal with the used car services at this dealer because of this treatment.
