Not one time has your service department provided this extra care. I don’t see that the service department goes that extra mile to make the customer happy. I like your dealership and will consider buying from you again but I will be very weary to buy your extras that are offered again. I had the pleasure of meeting Taylor W who was actually at 2010 F150 for two weeks and I had narrowed it down to two trucks on Bob Howard's used lot. I had the pleasure of meeting Taylor W who was actually at the dealership on his day off. He normally works in the new car dealership next door but was very courteous and offered to show me the truck that I had chosen for a closer look. Long story short I returned the next day and purchased a truck. Taylor is a very nice young man and helped the process along fairly smoothly. Drake, the finance manager was also a pleasure to work with and helped us finalize the purchase with out all of the xx. I was very impressed with the dealerships, Taylor and Drake and everyones efforts to make our purchase a pleasant one.
