Agreed to a price over the phone with a salesperson. Drove over an hour to the location and when it came time to 'deal' then was shot a higher price than agreed upon. Finally came to a workable deal, but it honestly took several hours or more and then another hour to wrap up the paperwork. The whole transaction took WAY to long to do and for as large of a dealership it is, at the same time it felt like one of those small 'Buy here/Pay here' places. Also, I failed to look over each line item on final invoice and got gigged on something I didn't want or need and when I contacted the dealer about they apparently weren't interested in making it right for future business with me. My advice is that if any other car lot has the same vehicle you're looking for then buy it there instead of BH. More
