I purchased a older Cadillac in December of 2023. The car had a frozen "CUE" screen on it and a nasty dent behind the driver side front tire. It also had a cracked front bumper cover. I was about to walk away from it when the used car sales manager said that he would fix the problems with the car if I wanted to buy it. I agreed and purchased the car. They kept it for about a month fixing the CUE system and repairing the body work. I travel every week so I came back into town and the car was ready . It was dark when I picked up the car and the body work appeared ok.. The Cue screen was also fixed. All I want to say is if they make a similar deal with you, do not give them any funding until you can actually see the work that they did in daylight. Who ever did the body work on my car was not a professional. That fender should have been replaced which is what I thought they would do. Looking at the fender after a month you can see that the touchup paint used does not match the factory color and the sub-standard body filler used is starting to crack. It also has high and low spots. Rather than argue with them about the shoddy work I opted to just pay a REAL paint and body man to straighten up and repaint the fender. I am not going to leave the car with them to fix again. I told them the first time to keep the car as long as they like and do a good job.That did not happen......... UPDATE?!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I took this car to a real paint and body shop and they could not redo the fender. It is just too bad. ALSO ignore the response they gave me below Nobody has looked into this and nobody is going to contact me. I expected that. It's all fluff. I'm out 1200 dollars to fix the fender correctly. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Bob Howard. I probably won't be buying a third. Thanks for looking. . More

I had been trying to get my front and rear park assist recall taken care of since June of 2023. I had advisors tell me they would order the parts and that it would take a couple of weeks to get them. This recall taken care of since June of 2023. I had advisors tell me they would order the parts and that it would take a couple of weeks to get them. This happened about 3 times. So finally in December I called the dealership to check on the parts and was told the parts were in but I didn't know when I could bring my vehicle in b/c I didn't have any time off from work. I was told they would need my vehicle all day. So I got time off from work so I called the dealership to set an appt to have recall done and was told they didn't have my parts and that they were on backorder. Frustration had set in so I drove to the dealership to talk to someone in person. I met Kyle Farris and told him everything I had went through. He promised me he would take care of me and get my problem solved. He got my parts ordered on a Thursday and 5 days later my recall is complete. From now on my advisor of choice will be Kyle Farris.I highly recommend Kyle if Bob Howard is your dealership of choice. More

Nick was able to get us into an absolutely gorgeous 2021 Chevy Colorado. It was truly a hassle free experience because of Nick’s diligence.
