Conner denied the appointment I made via telephone on Friday. When I arrived on Monday he denied that I was expected. Brandon checked me in although he did not introduce himself. Telephone estimate of $199.95 for inspection of my EV. Final bill had a surprise $30 charge for shop fees. NOT GOOD. manager gave a discount to compensate siting inability to remove the shop fee charge since it was a law (??). Windshield had bird poop on the drivers side. Drivers side had grass clippings blown along the side. You could have at least cleaned the windshield. Unsure whether I will return More
