BUYER BEWARE and avoid this gnarly used car dealership like the plague! Terrible communication and shady as eff business practices. We bought a used 2020 Nissan KickS from them. As my son drove it home (from his brand new purchase) on I-44, the driver's side mirror flew off the car and was crushed into oblivion on the highway. We called them and they replaced the light, AS THEY SHOULD. Then we noticed oil and condensation puddles under the car. We had purchased the bumper to bumper warranty, so we took the car to Orr Nissan, per the warranty instructions, and had diagnostics run. They located the issues; however, the warranty co refused to cover because these were "pre-existing" issues that Bob Howard Buick/GMC SHOULD HAVE CAUGHT AND FIXED. So, we had to drive to Edmond, yet again, to drop off the Nissan KickS for more repairs. Upon arrival, the worthless mechanics in the service department (CJ and Kaden) tried to push us off and give us the run around. Zero communication, zero responsibility taken. I had spoken with the used car manager, Pablo, and he had assured me that Bob Howard would "make this right". After more runaround laps than a NASCAR race from CJ and Kaden, I finally called Pablo on speaker phone, utterly exasperated. He gave them verbal confirmation that YES, BOB HOWARD WAS TO TAKE THE CAR AND DIAGNOSE AND FIX. Right now they have the vehicle. They xxxx well better make this right. I have already reached out to NBC, CBS, and ABC locally to let them know that Bob Howard should be investigated for shady as xxxx business practices. SAVE YOURSELF THE MISERY AND NEVER, EVER, EVER BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. They are owned by Group 1 Automotive, who should probably be investigated from the top down. It appears that these issues at Bob Howard are institutionalized and likely come from the sloppy management structure at Group 1. A good journalist could uncover a gold mine with this one. More
I was very impressed with the entirety of the process with Bob Howard. Mike was an amazing sales person, kept me up to date, assisted in doing as much possible prior to arriving. Brad in Finance knows his stuff and wasn't one of those insanely pushy ones you see most everywhere these days. Honestly, wish I had discovered them years ago. I was very impressed with Charlie’s demeanor, knowledge about the product and his ability to dial into my concerns and fears and address them clearly. He is a very sharp person and I cannot recommend him enough. If all dealerships were this graceful and respectful, car sales wouldn’t be such a dark cloud for people. More

I brought my car in for service on a Saturday morning which I realize is always a busy time. I was promptly greeted my service advisors David Hoffman and Peggy Jones. They got my car in line quickly and the repairs to my vehicle took less time than I expected. The checkout with David and cashier Marsha was quick and easy as well. When I went out to my car to leave I was more than pleased to find that this shop uses paper floor mats and plastic seat covers. My car was as clean as when I bought it in. I will happily give similar praise to the technician who worked on my car, work was spot on and completed in a timely manner. I also appreciate the free coffee and wi-fi in the customer lounge. I also enjoyed chatting with the guys at the parts counter, they were very professional. More
