I would like to say TUC was the guy that made things happen. Very knowledgeable, kind and stood by and delivered in his word. He will be the only person I deal with just off of our first interaction. happen. Very knowledgeable, kind and stood by and delivered in his word. The dealership helped with everything I asked. Vehicle was washed before taking it. Wish the process was a little faster. But glad it didn’t take all day. Vehicle was washed before taking it. Wish the process was a little faster. But glad it didn’t take all day. More

My 1st experience at this location. Great customer service! Mark kept me informed every step of the way. I'll be back next time my car needs service. Great customer service! Mark kept me informed every step of the way. I'll be back next time my car needs service. More

When I asked why, the service representative told me it was because my Yukon has a V8 engine and requires 8 quarts of oil. After returning home, I checked and confirmed that my Yukon only needs 6 quarts of oil. This was very frustrating. It seems that Bob Howard GMC was not honest — either the service person misled me or didn’t have enough knowledge to properly assist a customer. I am very unhappy with this experience and do not recommend buying a vehicle from them or getting service done there. More
They did a good job on the repair, just the price was ridiculous! The part was listed everywhere online for $330 but they charged $650 for it. Asked them what the difference was and they said it was prob ridiculous! The part was listed everywhere online for $330 but they charged $650 for it. Asked them what the difference was and they said it was probably a wholesale place. So I guess every single place that sells the part online is a wholesaler, and an actual GMC dealership gets charged double the price?? If you’re not needed a repair that day, I would take your vehicle somewhere else and spend half the money on the same repair. More
