Very laid back. Was not swarmed by sales upon entering the lot. Actually had to locate a salesman. Lane was very knowledgeable and answered all questions. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with this Dealership. I dropped off my car Thursday before 8 o’clock was told that it would be ready the following day which honestly I didn’t see that happen Dealership. I dropped off my car Thursday before 8 o’clock was told that it would be ready the following day which honestly I didn’t see that happening but I figured Saturday. The communication was not great, and I feel that my car was being worked on when they didn’t have anything else to do. I kept getting told it was gonna be ready the next day the next day the next day, however it was not. I finally was able to pick up the car today, but I think the only reason is because I told him I had to have it today that they had had it for 4, going on five days. You know it being over the holidays and such I could understand if they would’ve told me that they were short staffed and so my car would be delayed instead of promising and failing, and then not answering my inquiries. Better communication could’ve made this a whole different experience. It even came to a point where I stopped them from doing one of the items that I wanted them to do because I was concerned it was going to take them another 2 to 3 days in order to get it done.. also be aware… they do not take checks, which was another pain for me to deal with. I hope they take these words and these concerns to heart and try and make things better. I might try them again in 2025… More
