We are sorry to hear you are having an issue with your car. This type of issue is very uncommon. Especially on a 2024 model with 20,000 miles. The CarFax shows it was a one owner with no accidents or damage reported. You will remember this since we provided you a copy and you signed another copy that went in the deal file. In looking a little further, we did a used vehicle inspection on this vehicle and changed all fluids, and filters. The vehicle passed the inspection with flying colors and no damage was noted anywhere. Would it be possible for you to bring the vehicle in for us to look at? A wheel well falling off of a vehicle is an unheard-of issue and we would like to inspect the vehicle and discuss this with you. Bobby Lubbers General Manager blubbers@bobhowardauto.com

After talking with Bobby Lubbers and having my car checked out the dealership decided that they would repair the problem with my new/used car. Really no reason it should have had the problem that it did. It took a couple of months for the parts to come in but the repair shop fixed the problem with no cost to me. I drove out of the repair shop a happy customer. The people at the Bob Howard repair shop were very nice and accommodating. So I must take back my negative review. I appreciate that the dealership helped me in getting my car (that I love) fixed. So thank you Bob Howard Buick for what you did.
