I bought a 2024 Hyundai Palisade w/21K miles from Bob Howard Buick used cars and 3 days after purchase (with 2 days being Christmas so no driving at that time) the wheelwell fell off going down the highw Howard Buick used cars and 3 days after purchase (with 2 days being Christmas so no driving at that time) the wheelwell fell off going down the highway. I've been trying for 3 weeks to get some help so I finally took it in to see what they would do. Mason one of the managers refused to do anything about replacing the wheelwell, saying I probably hit something (which I didn't) . They must not inspect the used cars as they come in to sale or they would have caught that it was about to come off. I really wanted to like this dealership but don't have much to say positive. I do like my car but would love it if it didn't look like it had been in a wreck. I guess it's true what they say, "car dealerships will take advantage of women" I was hoping that would not be the case. The car is in full warranty but this was not covered so no one is responsible. I would not buy a used car from this dealership, I don't know about the new car side, could be great but the used cars is "let me take your money and leave". With just a little effort this could have been a great experience but instead it's an experience that leaves a bad taste. No effort to make the customer happy. So this woman is not a happy customer.
