From the moment we entered the dealership we were warmly greeted at the front desk. Both salesman we worked with were friendly, not pushy, and very knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted. I recently visited Bob Howard dealership with the intention of just test-driving a car I had been eyeing online for a while. I had never seen the car in person and decided to stop by the dealership on a whim since I was in the area. Despite repeatedly telling the salesperson that I needed more time to think before making a decision, I ended up purchasing the car that night. This was a mistake, as buying a car at night is never wise. The next day, when I went to pick up the car, I expressed my buyer’s remorse to the salesperson, explaining that the financial burden was too much for me. We reviewed the cost of full coverage insurance for the car, which turned out to be over $300 per month. This was my biggest fear and one of the reasons I had delayed buying a car for so long. My plan was to secure other sources of funding that would allow me to have liability insurance instead of full coverage and still meet my other financial obligations. I had previously purchased a vehicle from Bob Howard, which is why I returned. However, after this experience, I will never go back or recommend anyone to buy a car from there. Now, I have to return the car to the finance company. Additionally, I had an uneasy feeling when leaving the dealership that night, and I forgot to pay my mortgage, which will incur a late fee and hurt my credit history. This purchase has been devastating. More
