Mr Hoffman was very friendly and explained everything so that even an old lady can understand it. He kept me updated which I really appreciated. Since I’m not sure about the process of an oil change but I that even an old lady can understand it. He kept me updated which I really appreciated. They also tried to fix the waterflow to the windshield wiper, but it didn’t work. So I guess we will takle it the next appointment. More
It took three weeks to do repairs that should have taken a week. I tried to contact service manager, he did not respond. I visited shop three separate times and the explanation was parts on order. This was a week. I tried to contact service manager, he did not respond. I visited shop three separate times and the explanation was parts on order. This was an outright lie. I must add my service advisor was in vacation after taking it in, David is great and an asset. When David returned I found Out during his absence, all worked had stopped on my car. After learning this I had my moment with service manager , not an asset to your company. After a lot of heated dialogue and 20 minutes later , he finally admitted that management should have been involved in David’s absence. This is not the first time this has happened. There is a major disconnect in this shop and It is all on the management side. My hope is this will help resolve these issues, I am selling my GMC and will not do business with BH ever again. Talking to friends and family this is NOT a one off situation! Charles Moore More
