Very frustrated! First time leaving a bad review on anything..Bought a 2019 Denali and the bumper was already being ordered to be replaced. (So we were told) Great, everything was signed and agreed upon. 1 month later and multiple calls, found out they never ordered it. Another month later, it was done. Hitch cover was scraped up and broke during the bumper replacement, and attached with zip ties when given back to me. I immediately brought to their attention. I was told the part was being ordered to be replaced. It’s been over 3 months and still giving me the run around. Multiple calls and texts and no direct answer moving forward. Each time I call, im told we’ll check on that” And now saying they didn’t break it. The hitch cover clearly doesn’t sit right and is loose. No way could it have broke otherwise. (Especially the day the bumper got replaced.) and you could tell the zip ties were new. We’d only had the car 2 months and have no use for the hitch at this time. I would just like the part replaced and for them to be honest about it. This is the 3rd vehicle I’ve bought with bob howard and likely the last. Love this car and the others, but very poor customer service after purchase. More
