My 2019 Ford F150 I purchased from them used will most likely have been in the shop for 7 weeks of the three months that I have owned it. Totally ignored. When I sent email to the company asking for help (loaner/relief) the GM sent me an email thanking me for thinking buying from them. What the xxxx. As a teacher they get a F. Based on the actions by the GM and Cody I have to assume they think it is funny that they sold me that truck that I will not have been able to use for up to possibly 7 weeks. Oh and I tried to contact Cody over two weeks ago and I'm just been waiting, but nothing. And the GM I responded to his weird email and guess what no response More
Good experience Went in because AC wasn’t working. Busted compressor covered by warranty. Was supposed to be a 5 hour fix but wound up taking longer. Bait and Switch/Zero effort to contact Wanted to purchase a Yukon they had listed. Sales rep emailed me that the vehicle was still available and that the new car sales manager would contact Wanted to purchase a Yukon they had listed. Sales rep emailed me that the vehicle was still available and that the new car sales manager would contact me. I ended up having to contact him and was on hold, eventually hung up on me. Next day Yukon was listed at a higher price and its been two days and the dealership hasn’t contacted me back about the Yukon. Don’t waste your time. More

Probably my fault but I bought a car sight unseen because of the info on Car Guru - the car was nothing like the info that the dealer provided to Car Guru except for the make and model. It was far from excellent shape, had a dent in the back bumper and a pretty bad scrape on the passenger side. Does not have leather interior and one of the knob covers on the radio is missing, the back of the rear seats looked like someone took a knife and slashed them (the dealer did fix that). So like I said buyer beware!! All in all I think I paid about $2000.00 too much for this car. More
Terrible customer service Negotiated to purchase a used F-250 King Ranch they had advertised on Cars.com. Had printed copy of price & advertisement. They refused to honor that price advertised and then insulted me with an offer $7,000 below the value on my trade in. They had just offered me $12,000 for my trade earlier. Had NADA certification. Had to argue with Sales Manger to just get my keys and insurance card back when I attempted to leave. After leaving I discovered they still had my drivers license. When contacting them, they said they had not lost it even though they were the last people to have it in their possession. When pushed harder, they refused to admit any fault and did not even offer an apology. That is the worst customer experience I have ever had. My family has done business with them in the past but never, never, never again. I will make sure anyone I talk to hears about this experience. Be aware! Be very aware!!! PS I am inconvenienced to have to get a replacement license and they did not even apologize for that. Make sure you get all your documents back when you give them to the sales person. More

Larry said if I have any additional problems to let them know and they will work to get it corrected. More
Ripoff I took my vehicle in for repairs and later that day Bob Howard GMC called and said my vehicle was ready. I asked if everything was working and what it took to get the problem fixed. They told me everything they did and everything was now working properly. My wife followed me home and noticed m taillights, blinkers, and brake light was not working at all. We called the service center number and were told we would be contacted. We were never contacted by anyone from Bob Howard like promised. My recommendation is to never use them for repairs, they are not reliable and they don't keep their word when they claim they will call back. I will not use them again and will have to cut my losses, I don't expect a refund or a repair. I don't even expect them to call now. They got my money that is all they wanted. This was my experience hopefully yours was or will be better. You can take your chances. More
