Our Service Advisor ordered our replacement part and gave us an estimate on cost of the part and labor, without having to set up an appointment to do that. When I scheduled my tire replacement appointment online a few days ahead of the appointment date, I entered a note that I wanted Pirelli tires to give them a heads-up in case they were not in stock. I arrived at my appointment and learned that not only were the tires not in stock, the service center could not get them delivered that day (it was a Saturday). It would have been great if the service center had contacted me prior to my appointment to let me know they did not have the tires I requested, rather than tell me when I showed up at the scheduled time. I scheduled a new appointment for the following week and the service center told me they’d order the tires to ensure they were delivered for my new appointment. I called to confirm two days before the new appointment and was glad to hear that they had the tires ready for me. This morning they put on the new tires. Tire replacement seems satisfactory so far, but service department did not place floor mat covers over the carpet when getting in/out of my car and they left behind quite a bit of black grease on the beige carpet. I’ve had routine maintenance done at this same service center for nearly 5 years, and until today they’ve been good about not leaving behind grease/dirt in the interior. I’ve been disappointed last week and today, but will be back because I feel like their service department does good work at a fair price and I normally don’t have to wait long. More
