Have taken my 2023 GMC 2500 to my local dealer in Enid for the same repair 3 times. Wasted almost 7 days with my selling dealer over the course of months. Finally, scheduled with Bob Howard and drove to E for the same repair 3 times. Wasted almost 7 days with my selling dealer over the course of months. Finally, scheduled with Bob Howard and drove to Edmond. They fixed my rattle/vibration in less time than they expected. I waited for 90 minutes on a busy day, and drove home thrilled with my truck. Will absolutely consider them for our next vehicle purchase. More

This dealership sold me a new spare tire and mounted it when I purchased a 2004 Tahoe from them about 2 years ago. Discount tire would not put it on my vehicle as tire is currently 22 years old and the wro when I purchased a 2004 Tahoe from them about 2 years ago. Discount tire would not put it on my vehicle as tire is currently 22 years old and the wrong size for my vehicle. My son who lived in Florida called to complain about this on my behalf and spoke with Wes Little. He told my son that because my vehicle was old they could only mount an old tire on it even though it could not be used as a spare due to its age. I realize I was taken to the cleaners on this one but I had no way of knowing they did this until discount tire took it off the vehicle and told my son it was 22 years old and the wrong size tire. I just wanted to let anyone who reads these reviews know that this dealership did this deliberately and charged me full price for both tire and mounting. They feel they were justified as it was an old vehicle so it was ok to use a very old outdated tire as the spare. More
