I went in to have some warranty work done and they said it could take a good part of the day. They were done in two hours. Called to let me know. We’re super informative. I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment and still had over a two hour wait for an oil change and alignment. They also charged more than what their website quoted. Instead of correcting the issue, all had over a two hour wait for an oil change and alignment. They also charged more than what their website quoted. Instead of correcting the issue, all three associates argued and gave me two reasons as to why that is, 1. website prices are not correct (not my fault) 2. That it was “Houston’s” fault (not sure if Houston is an employee, location that manages the prices, or it was meant as a joke). They never did correct the price. I paid the full amount and told them that I would not use them again. Their response was simply “we’re sorry”. As I was leaving I received the most sarcastic HAVE A GREAT DAY. Needless to say, I will not be going back to Bob Howard. More
