It has now been 15 days since I first reached out, and I have yet to receive any communication from your team. I am beginning to doubt the existence of Bobby Lubbers, as it seems the email responses I have received are automated. This experience has led me to believe that Bob Howard does not prioritize customer care or the satisfaction of returning customers, focusing solely on sales instead. If this issue is not addressed promptly, I will be compelled to share my negative experience on various social media platforms to inform potential buyers about the challenges of purchasing a car from Bob Howard.
