Good afternoon Bobby, This is Nicholas Christain i just purchased a CX-50 from you. Agian i would like to congratulate your sales Manger and my salesman Alex they were incredible. Your finance team lacks professionalism. Once i declined a warranty the demeanor changed instantly. I am a very well qualified buyer. I was never given my rate or what bank or if i wanted gap insurance nothing. Not untill i asked did he mention rate or payment. He didnt even put my papers in a envelope and did not call for my sales man just said go find Alex. When i walked in to the sales building i told them the finace guy was a jerk. Literally all of them said. Oh you must have had Dustin. So this is not a one off bad day temperment. I talked to your finace manager and he apologized. Felt like complete lip service. Since you already had my sale complete i left with the worst car buying experience i have ever had.
