Had a very good experience overall. I do find it crappy that they let me drive away with a tire that had a slow leak saying it was a “sensor issue”. I brought my truck in for oil change and tire rotation service. I was met by Jeff who immediately greeted me with a bad attitude. During my wait multiple customers came in with complaints about the serv service. I was met by Jeff who immediately greeted me with a bad attitude. After I received my vehicle back from service, I got home and realized the tires had not been rotated. I messaged Jeff immediately and never got a response. The next morning I called and the staff member again had an attitude and forwarded me to Jeff who did not answer again. At this point I’m concerned if any of the services I paid for were completed at all. More
